OVERALL PLAN:
We start with an in home consultation where we listen to your specific plan and goals. We then provide a custom quote that is tailored to your individual needs. You will select which services are needed for your project.
1. FLOOR PLAN DESIGN:
We will help you decide which items will fit in your new home by providing to scale digital floor plans. These plans will facilitate functional and efficient space planning and will help you visualize your favorite belongings in your new home. These plans will ensure that your existing furniture will fit accurately and will help optimize the square footage available.
2. SORT, ORGANIZE, DECLUTTER:
We will meet with you “one on one” to help you in the decision making process on which items to keep, gift, sell, donate or discard.
3. ARRANGE & COORDINATE MOVERS:
We make recommendations and coordinate movers before and during the move.
4. PACK, UNPACK, RESETTLE:
We oversee the packing of your belongings and use our expertise to “recreate a familiar environment” in your new space so that you feel at home from day one. We make sure that upon your move in that all items are unpacked and organized: artwork will be hung, family photos and accessories will be placed, beds will be made. All packing materials will be removed ensuring a clutter free space.
5. ESTATE DISTRIBUTION:
• We can help arrange for the profitable sale of unneeded items by working with estate sale professionals, antique dealers and consignment shops.
• We can coordinate the pick-up of donations with local charities. • Arrange for storage and long distance shipping.
6. PREPARE HOME FOR SALE:
We can help prep your home for sale by coordinating repairs and home improvement projects with professionals to ensure the property is presented in the best light to maximize market potential and ease the selling process.
7. STAGING TO SELL:
Staging has become an important process in selling a home. If beneficial to the sale of your home, we can reorganize your existing furniture and decor to attract potential buyers.
8. SOURCING:
We can assist with repurposing existing furniture, shopping for additional new furniture and decor to complete your new living space.
9. ORGANIZATION:
We coordinate with our trusted resources to assist with needed organization of closets, garages, attics, cabinets, etc.
10. STAGING TO LIVE:
Too often we live with clutter, unused items, items in need of repair, making our homes feel cramped and outdated. Let us help you create the home you desire by downsizing possessions, decluttering, modifying home for accessibility (ADA), rearranging / repurposing furniture, home repair and interior improvement projects.
11. INTERIOR DESIGN & RENOVATIONS:
There’s nothing like refreshing your existing home and making it your own. Updates allow any space to meet your current needs, making your home more functional and aesthetically pleasing. With 30 years in the design industry, we have the resources to assist with interior and architectural services to accommodate any size renovation project.
12. FINAL CLEAN OUT:
We can arrange to have your existing property thoroughly cleaned and ready to hand over to the next owner.
